I am following an 1800-calorie-per-day balanced diet and using FitClick to come up with the suggested daily food regimen.
My health food goal is to not eat past 9:00pm at night.
My "junk food" designation is going to be the standard "cake, cookies and candy".
The health challenge begins tomorrow. Put away that left over Christmas candy, throw out the ice cream in the freezer, and get out your running shoes for a healthy 3 months. My personal goal is to not eat after 7:30 at night.
